SMART objectives

Specific:
A Campaign is to be created with a core aim: To raise brand awareness in the UK. With this in mind the secondary aims are to increase sales, create a consistent brand image and create brand credibility. This will be done via the brand’s promotion. The main types of promotion will be SMM (Social Media Marketing), Pop-up shops in key locations, a new website for the UK market with new promotional images and fashion film.
measurable:
The campaign will be measured in two ways. The first is the website views and sales. If the website receives views and sales this ticks both brand awareness and increased sales specific targets. The second will be social media. By gaining more followers, likes and customer interaction and measuring the amount pre campaign and post campaign the brand can calculate the increase to prove campaign efficiency. YouTube advertisement clicks can also be monitored. Clicking on the video will automatically take the customer to the website where the video can be watched. This can also be calculated to measure its efficiency.
Achievable:
The campaign is achievable because it is low budget. Due to the fact the brand is still a fairly new brand and low on budget the promotional activity organized and planned for the
campaign are relatively low cost.
Realistic:
Realistically the campaign being low budget and only lasting 22 weeks. means that if the campaign is unsuccessful the brand have not lost too much time or money. However if it is a success then they haven’t spent too much time or budget and will have successfully made their mark on the UK market and will be receiving revenue from the UK market, which could eventually lead to an international expansion.
Timeline:
The campaign will last exactly 22 weeks and will start the second week in August (Monday 18th August 2014). Over this time period a hype will be created and brand awareness achieved.
